HPV-LH is a high-pressure vessel (Autoclave) with a heating jacket, which can reach pressure up to 20 MPa and working temperature up to 200°C. The vessel has a standard 3-liter volume and optional vessels are available with higher volumes. 
Note: Upgrade the equipment with safety cover since Sept 2022

Made of SS316L alloy
Vessel chamber dimension: There are three option
ID 12 x H 27 (CM), 3-liter capacity
ID 15 x H 30 (CM), 5 -liter 
ID 18 x H 40 (CM), 10-liter 
Built-in Pressure relief valve for safety use.
The pressure gauge, gas inlet, and outlet valve are included for immediate use. The digital pressure gauge is optional at an extra cost, please see the pic on the left.
Built-in two K-type thermocouples. 
The control thermocouple is located outside the vessel.
The monitor thermocouple is located in the middle of the vessel. 
Max. working pressure: 20 MPa (200 Bars, 2900 PSI) within 50 – 200°C
Heating Jacket
The vessel is put in a resistance heating jacket with precise temperature control
Temperature control accuracy: ±1.0 °C
Please note that the temperature gradient for the internal and external temperature could be as big as 50-200 degrees depending on the media inside
Power: 208~240VAC, Single-phase, 2KW (for 3 L), 8 KW (for 10L), 50-60 Hz

Two Graphite gasket are included, which is consumables
Please consider tightening the screws for the Reactor with an electric impact torque wrench for ease of tightening, and to avoid overtightening the flange bolts.
Suitable tightening torque for the Hydrothermal Reactor: 300N/m

Consumable parts such as copper gaskets, pressure vessels (if over-pressurized, over-heated or chemical interactions), and heating elements (if overheated) are not covered by the warranty

Application Notes


Warning: For your safety,  the high-pressure vessel must be placed inside an explosive-proof box or isolated room during use under high pressure. Never face on top flange without protection to avoid the accident.
