MSK-SFM-AF100 is a high throughput lab-scale jet mill for materials with various hardness and properties. It grinds materials such as ceramic, magnet, ferrite, and metallic alloy into micron-scale powder with an output rate of 100g~2kg/hr. Abundant configurations can crush sticky or hard materials. The material feeder is a double-screw self-cleaning type, which is easier to disassemble than other feeders.
The jet mill grinds with a high-speed jet of compressed air or inert gas to collide the particles with each other. It is capable of outputting particles with the right size while continuing to muff particles above the desired size. Therefore, the ground product comes in a narrow size distribution and good uniformity. Particles are separated from the gas stream by cyclonic separation.
MSK-SFM-7 is designed to produce coating slurry by mixing a small batch of chemicals and compounds in two tanks of 150 ml & 500 ml under vacuum. It has a built-in pump that can vacuum the mixing container to -0.08Mpa and a mixing speed of 320rpm. The vibration plate is located at the bottom to remove the gas bubble before vacuum mixing and disperse the slurry after mixing. It is excellent for preparing battery electrode paste and various ceramic materials in a material research lab. It is compact so that put in a glovebox with N2 gas ( No Ar). Ar compatible 1L mixer is optional
MSK-FS-152 is a heavy-duty and swing type electric dry crusher with two layers of the high-speed blade up to 25K RPM. It is an excellent tool for crushing the calcined ceramic sample in a minute, it may be also used as a mixer for dry powder and high viscosity slurry in small quantities.
