KSL-1000X is an anti-corrosive muffle furnace with a hidden heating coil inside the ceramic chamber, which is designed to calcine some corrosive materials, such as sulfides and chlorides, up to 1,050ºC. The venting port is built on the top of the furnace for exhausting gas.

Furnace Construction	High-purity fibrous alumina insulation for energy saving – 30% less power consumption than other brands. Warnings	Toxic or explosive gasses are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. Please put furnace into fume hood for better safety (Click Pic.1) Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. You shall place the sample into a crucible as below. Never place the sample on the chamber bottom directly.
